The Breakthrough SHA’s main events each year include:
- Fall Festival – An afternoon of fall-themed games, snacks, and activities.
- A Book for Every Child – The SHA partners with a vendor to create a book fair where every child can “shop” for their own book to take home!
- Family Literacy Festival – Closing out the “A Book for Every Child” book fair week, this is an afternoon of book-themed games and play. Families can purchase additional books for their children or buy one for a classroom!
- “Taste of Breakthrough” – A tasty evening where families can bring a special dish to share traditions and cultures to all Breakthrough friends and families.
- Field Day – Fun, games, and WATERMELON for all students to enjoy before heading into the summer break.
